Jagruti Psychiatric And Rehabilitation Centre is our place. We are situated out on the Pune Solapur Road, specifically in the Hadapsar area near Manjari Farm. You can find us right opposite the Govinda Lodge. It is a bit of a distance from the main city center, which is actually good because it is a bit quieter out here for the patients. The center is a place where we help people with various mental health and rehab needs. It is a big enough building with several rooms and beds. It is not a luxury resort, just a practical facility for people to get better. We have a small yard where patients can walk around and get some fresh air. We have been here for quite some time now. The traffic on the Solapur Road can be very heavy, but once you are inside the gates, it stays mostly calm. We do not have a lot of corporate polish here. The staff wears regular clothes or simple uniforms. We spend our time talking to families and checking on the patients. It is a lot of emotional work for everyone involved. We do not really do any promotional stuff. People usually find us through referrals or other doctors. The Govinda Lodge across the road is where some families stay if they come from far away to visit. We try to keep things simple and honest. It is a tough job sometimes, but we just take it one day at a time.
