Thakker & Thakker

Thakker & Thakker is operating out of the Rose Parade in the Nibm area of Kondhwa. We are specifically located at B1 902 Lilac, care of Commander Naveen Bhandula. This part of Pune, the 411048 area, has really grown a lot lately. Being in a residential-style complex like Rose Parade makes the work environment feel a bit more personal. It’s not your typical cold office building. We are up on the ninth floor in the Lilac wing, so the view is actually quite nice from up there. You can see a good chunk of Kondhwa when the sky is clear. Inside, it’s just a normal workspace. We have our files, our computers, and a small kitchen area where we make coffee. It’s a quiet place to get things done without the constant noise of the main road. The Rose Parade society is a pretty well-kept place, and we’ve gotten to know the security guards and some of the other people in the B1 wing over time. Thakker & Thakker isn't a place with a lot of fuss or unnecessary meetings. We just show up every morning and get through the list of tasks. We like it here because it feels safe and steady. It’s a straightforward setup for us, and being near Nibm means there are plenty of places to grab a quick lunch nearby. It’s a decent place for us to call home for our working hours.
