Lomasys Web Technologies

Lomasys Web Technologies is located in Talawade. It’s a bit out of the main city center, which is actually quite nice because it is a little quieter, though the commute can be long for some of us. We work on computers all day, mostly doing web stuff and technical tasks. The office isn't very large. It’s just a bunch of desks and monitors and a lot of tangled cables under the tables. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. If the bell rings, whoever is closest to the door gets up to open it. We spend most of our time staring at screens and typing. Sometimes we go out for a walk during lunch just to see the sun for a bit. Talawade has grown a lot lately with all the tech parks, but our corner feels pretty grounded. We aren't trying to be the next big thing; we just like building things that work properly. It gets a bit cold in the office during the monsoon because the windows aren't sealed perfectly. We just wear sweaters and keep going. Most of our work happens online anyway, but having this physical spot in Talawade is where the actual labor happens. We have got a small pantry where the kettle is always running. That’s basically our headquarters. No fancy lounges or bean bags here, just chairs that are mostly comfortable and enough light to see what we are doing. We keep the place tidy but it is definitely a working office.
