Mahaveer Agencies is found in the Market Yard area at Ajija Park on Zalak Road. We are at number 19. If you know the Market Yard, you know it is a place that starts moving long before the rest of the world is even awake. By six in the morning, there is already shouting and the sound of crates being moved around. Our office is right in the middle of all that chaos. It is a small shopfront with a desk that is almost always buried under piles of invoices and loose pens. We do not have much in the way of decoration, maybe just an old calendar on the wall that nobody bothered to replace. The floor usually has a bit of grit from the street on it, no matter how many times we try to sweep it out. We spend our days talking to suppliers and making sure the deliveries are headed to the right places. It is loud and often very hot, but it is where we have always been. We drink plenty of tea from the vendor who walks around with a big metal kettle. Most of our customers are regulars who have been coming to us for many years. They do not expect anything fancy, just that we have what they need in the back. We do not do big meetings; we just talk over the counter and get things sorted.
