You can find our place on Paud Road in Pune, situated right behind the Sai Mandir and very close to the Kothrud Bus Depot. It’s a spot that most people around here can find without too much trouble. We deal in stone and sand, which means our yard is almost always covered in dust and grit. It’s not the cleanest business to be in, but it’s essential for all the building and construction happening around Pune these days. We are a family-run company and we’ve been at this same location for a lot of years. We don’t have a big corporate office; we just work out of a small cabin near the entrance where we can watch the trucks coming in and going out. There is no marketing team here, just us and a few workers who know how to handle the materials. We spend our days measuring loads and making sure the drivers know where they are going. Dealing with sand and stone is a lot about being reliable and showing up when you said you would. Sometimes the traffic in Kothrud makes that difficult, but we do our best to stay on schedule. We don't use any fancy language to describe what we do because it’s a very simple business at its heart. We sell the materials people need to build their homes and shops, and we try to do it honestly and at a price that makes sense.
