We are Maha Yuva Skill Development and Training, and you can find us in Magarpatta City. We are in the Jasminium building, M-404. If you know Hadapsar, you know Magarpatta is a huge place with lots of buildings, so we are just one small part of it. Our focus is really on helping young people find their footing with different skills. The office is basically a few rooms where we set up for training sessions. It is not a fancy corporate headquarters; it is more of a functional space where work actually happens. We have chairs and tables and some projectors. Some days it gets quite crowded and loud with everyone talking at once, and other days it is just us doing paperwork. We like the vibe of Hadapsar because there is so much going on with the youth around here. We do not have a big mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just show up, open the doors, and get to work. Most of us have lived in Pune for years, so we understand the local struggle to find good work. That is why we do this. We do not promise anything magical, we just offer a place to learn. The flat in Jasminium is where it all happens. It is a straightforward setup for people who just want to get better at what they do. We keep things plain and simple, just the way we like it.
