You can find us over at the Mitcon International School campus, specifically at Sr No 33/1 in the Balewadi-Baner area. It’s a busy part of Pune these days with all the new buildings going up nearby. At Madurai School Of Management, we mostly deal with older students who are trying to figure out their careers. The hallways are usually full of people talking about exams or where they’re going to work later. We have our desks set up and spend a good chunk of the day answering emails and sorting through student files. The traffic on the way into Balewadi can be a real headache in the mornings, so most of us try to get in a bit early just to settle down with a cup of tea before the first classes start. It’s not a fancy corporate setup; it feels more like a place where people actually work hard. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint here and there, but it’s functional for what we need. Sometimes the internet acts up, and everyone starts walking around the halls looking for a signal. We see a lot of different faces every semester, and it’s interesting to hear where everyone comes from. We just keep things moving, making sure the schedules are posted and the rooms are opened up on time. It’s just how things go around here in this part of town.
