We run our business from Flat Number 104 in Shrushti Apartments, located at Plot S No 140 in the Magarpatta area of Pune. It is on the Hadapsar-Mundhwa Road, so there is always a lot of noise from the cars and bikes outside. Our office is basically a flat that we have turned into a workspace. It has a kitchen where we make a lot of tea and a main room where we have our computers set up. We focus on agritech, which means we look at how technology can be used in farming. We aren't a big company with lots of money to spend on fancy things. We are just a small group of people who are interested in this field. We spend a lot of our time reading, testing out different ideas, and talking to people who actually work on the land. We don't have a polished way of speaking or any corporate training. We just talk like regular people. Sometimes the office is a bit messy with cables and papers everywhere, but we know where everything is. We don't really do any big promotions. People find us because they are looking for practical help with their agricultural tech. It is a bit of a quiet life here in the flat, but we are always busy with something. We like the fact that we can work in a relaxed environment without all the pressure of a big corporate office.
