It’s inside Kevalanand Society, which is a fairly quiet spot off Sinhgad Road in Anandnagar. Being in an apartment means it doesn’t really feel like a cold, clinical office. It feels more like a home, which I think people appreciate when they come in. We have our little setup with all the small glass bottles and jars on the shelves. Sometimes the stairs can be a bit of a climb if you aren't used to it, but it’s only the first floor. We’ve been in this space for a while now. The neighborhood around Sinhgad Road is always busy, but once you step inside the society gates, things calm down a lot. We don’t have a big neon sign or anything like that. Most people find us because someone told them we were here. We sit at the desk, listen to what's bothering people, and figure out which remedy fits. It is a simple way of working. The waiting room is just a few chairs in the front area of the flat. We try to keep the windows open for some fresh air. It’s just a small, local operation run by people who live nearby. We like being part of the Anandnagar community this way and seeing familiar faces.
