If you ever come by Raviwar Peth, you might see us tucked away near the 4th Main and 4th Cross. This place, Nagarabhavi 1217, is literally overflowing with boxes right now. We sell plates, glasses, and all kinds of kitchen stuff that families need. It’s a bit of a maze inside because we keep getting new stock and there isn't always a perfect spot for everything. Sometimes I spend half the morning just looking for a specific set of bowls a customer asked for last week. My dad started this and now I’m the one dealing with the inventory and the suppliers who never seem to arrive when they say they will. The floors are a bit dusty because of the construction nearby, but we try to wipe down the glass shelves whenever we get a quiet moment. It isn't a showroom like the ones you see in the malls; it's a real shop where things are stacked high and we use old newspaper to wrap up the fragile items so they don't break on the way home. We have these heavy tea sets that nobody buys anymore and modern plastic containers that fly off the shelves. It’s just how it goes here. We open up around ten, have tea while we check the registers, and stay until the shutters go down at night.
