Our institute is located over in Manjarewadi in Khed, care of Tukaram Bala. It’s a local setup where we focus on IT careers and teaching people how to use computers properly. We aren't in a big city center, so things are a bit quieter around here. We have a few rooms set up with computers and monitors for folks to practice on. It’s a practical place for people who want to learn a skill that can help them get a job. We don't have fancy furniture or a coffee shop in the building. It’s just a place to study and work. Most of us here grew up nearby, so we know the community well. We spend a lot of time troubleshooting software or helping someone understand how a piece of hardware works. It can be frustrating when the internet acts up, which happens from time to time in this part of Khed, but we manage. We’ve got stacks of old keyboards and mice in the corner, and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint. But that doesn’t stop the learning. We keep things down-to-earth. We just want to make sure people in our area have a chance to pick up some IT skills without having to travel too far. It’s a simple operation run by people who care about what they do. We’re usually there from morning until late evening, just making sure the machines are running.
