Lokmanya Medical Foundation

We are a public charitable trust located right near the Chinchwad railway station. If you know the area, you know how loud and busy it gets with the trains coming and going all the time. Being near the station makes it easy for patients to reach us from further away, which is good because we are a foundation meant to help the public. We’ve been registered as trust number E-528 for many years now. The facility isn’t about being stylish; it’s about being functional. We have beds and treatment rooms that stay occupied most of the time. The doctors here are dedicated, and many of them have been with the foundation for a long stretch. We handle a variety of medical issues. It’s a lot of work managing a trust like this. We have to keep an eye on everything to make sure the services stay available for the people who need them most. There is always someone coming in through the doors. Sometimes it’s an emergency from the station, and other times it’s just someone coming for their regular checkup. The atmosphere is quite grounded. We don't have fancy marketing or anything. We just rely on being there for the community of Chinchwad. It’s a big responsibility, but the staff here just takes it one day at a time, making sure things keep running. Sometimes the local vendors outside stop in just to say hello or ask for a glass of water when it’s hot.
