Finding us in Warje Malwadi can be a bit tricky if you aren't looking for Kamadhenu Estate. We are right across from Mantri Market, which is always a mess of traffic and people buying vegetables. Our space is in 4B/9, and it’s mostly filled with boxes and stock that we are moving in or out. It’s a practical kind of place. We don’t have a receptionist or a waiting area. Usually, you’ll find one of us sitting at the back near the crates, checking through the inventory lists. The estate itself is quite old, so the stairs are narrow and there is always someone loading a van in the driveway. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a while, and we’ve gotten used to the cramped quarters. Sometimes it feels like we are playing a game of Tetris just to get a new shipment inside. The office part is just a small corner with a computer that takes too long to start up and a fan that makes a clicking noise. We don't spend much time worrying about how the place looks to outsiders. It’s about getting the work done and making sure the orders are ready to go out. Most of our neighbors in the estate are doing the same thing, so there is a lot of shouting back and forth across the corridor. It’s a busy, unglamorous way to spend the day.
