Laxmi Granite

Laxmi Granite is situated near the D Prabhag Karyalay on Aundh Road. We are also right by Jagtap Dairy and the Ecoplex Shree Niketan Society in Pimpri. It is a large area with a lot of construction always going on around us. Our yard is full of heavy slabs of stone and granite that we move around with a lot of effort. It is not a clean job; there is always stone dust on our clothes and on the ground. We spend a lot of our time outside or under the shed, showing people the different patterns in the rock. Each piece of granite is different, so it takes time for people to choose the one they want for their homes. The noise of the stone cutters is pretty common here, and we have to speak loudly to be heard over it. Being near Jagtap Dairy makes it easy for people to find us. We have a small office space that is basically just a table and some chairs where we talk about the measurements and the prices. It is a physical business and we are usually tired by the end of the day. But there is something good about seeing the finished slabs all polished and ready to go. We have been in Pimpri for a good while now and have seen many new buildings go up around Aundh Road. We keep the stone moving every day from morning until the sun sets.
