We are located at 1073 Ramban Soc in Sadashiv Peth, right near the Shanipar Bus Stop. It is a busy part of Pune, and being close to the bus stop means there is always a lot of movement outside. Our place is both a salon and an academy, so there is a lot going on. You will see students learning the ropes alongside the regular hair and beauty work we do. It’s a bit different from a standard shop because of the teaching aspect. We have chairs for the customers and space for the students to practice their skills. The atmosphere is usually a bit noisy with people talking and instructors explaining things. Sadashiv Peth has a lot of old buildings and a very local feel. We have been here at Ramban Soc for quite some time. I spend my days managing the supplies and making sure everything is ready for the classes and the clients. The mirrors are always full of reflections of people learning how to cut and style. We don't have any polished marketing slogans, we just show up and do the work of training and styling. It’s a practical environment where people come to gain a new skill or just get a haircut. The Shanipar Bus Stop is the best way to tell people where we are. We just keep the routine going from the morning until the evening, day after day.
