Our office and workshop are located at Bagoda House, specifically Plot Number 56 PAP in J Block of the MIDC area in Bhosari. If you know the industrial area here, you know it's a lot of heavy work and machinery. That's exactly what we do. We’ve been at Kulkarni Transpower for a good number of years. It’s mostly about electrical power systems and making sure things stay running. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a solid place where we can house our equipment and the team. Bhosari is always loud with the sounds of manufacturing, and we fit right in. We spend a lot of our time looking at technical specs and testing components. It’s a lot of focus and precision, so it’s not always the most talkative environment. We aren't much for decorations or fancy furniture. The desks are covered in schematics and the workshop floor has tools all over. It’s a practical setup for people who like to build things. Most of us have lived around Pune or Bhosari for a long time. We know the power needs of the industries here. It’s just regular work, nothing too complicated to explain. We show up early and usually leave when the job is done. Some days the heat in the MIDC area gets to us, but the work continues regardless. It’s just how things go around here at Bagoda House. We keep the machines humming.
