We are located out at Pawar Wasti in Chikhli, specifically at Gat No. 768. It’s an industrial part of town, so it’s not exactly a scenic spot. There are workshops and sheds all around us, and the roads can be a bit rough when the heavy trucks are moving through Kudalwadi. We spend our time working on technical jobs for different industrial needs. Usually, this means we are surrounded by metal parts, tools, and some greasy machinery. It’s a hands-on kind of environment. We don't wear suits or sit in air-conditioned boardrooms. Most of our day is spent on the shop floor or talking to vendors who bring in supplies. The Pawar Wasti area has its own character, very blue-collar and straightforward. If something needs to be built or repaired, that’s what we do. We don't have a lot of time for fancy talk. We just focus on the job at hand. Sometimes it gets really hot in the shed during the summer, but we keep the fans going and get through the work. It’s a small team here, so everyone does a bit of everything. We might be answering a call one minute and then helping move a heavy crate the next. It’s just how things go at a place like this.
