Kudale Instruments has been a fixture here for a long time, and we’ve become part of the local scenery. The name on the door says it all—we spend our days dealing with precision. Inside, it’s a bit of a maze with different rooms for testing, storage, and the small office where we handle the accounts. It’s not a modern glass-and-steel setup; it’s more of a traditional workshop feel. There’s always the sound of someone working on a machine or the clicking of keys in the background. Our staff is a mix of older hands who have been here for decades and a few younger ones learning the ropes. We don't put on any airs here. If you walk in, you’re likely to see someone in work clothes rather than a suit. We focus on the tiny details because that’s what our work requires. The desks are covered in blueprints, calipers, and half-empty mugs of chai. We like the rhythm of the day here, from the early morning deliveries to the late afternoon paperwork. There’s no big marketing department telling us what to say. We just show up, do the work, and make sure the instruments we send out are up to the task. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living, and we’re happy with it.
