Our shop, Kotkar Energy Dynamics Pvt Ltd, is over on Bahu Patil Road inside the Rhuday Niwas building. It’s not a fancy place, just a regular office where we handle all our energy projects. Most days start pretty early around here. We open up, get the tea going, and start looking at the schedules. The road outside can get really noisy with all the traffic heading toward the main junction, but once you’re inside Rhuday Niwas, it’s a bit quieter. We’ve been in this spot for a good while now. People usually find us by looking for the small sign near the entrance. The stairs are a bit narrow, so carrying equipment up to our floor takes some effort. We do a lot of technical work involving power and energy systems. It’s mostly sitting at desks or tinkering with components on the worktables. In the afternoons, the sun hits the front windows pretty hard, making it a bit warm, so we keep the fans running constantly. We aren't really into big speeches or long meetings. We just focus on the tasks we have for the day and try to get things done right. Sometimes the neighbors from the other units pop in to borrow a tool or just to say hello. It’s a tight-knit community on this stretch of Bahu Patil Road. By the time evening rolls around, we’re packing up and heading home like everyone else in the area.
