Gambrooni Sea Foods

We've been doing this for a while now here at Gambrooni Sea Foods. Most people know us from the Royal Palms area, specifically over in Wing C of the buildings along Bhimashankar Road. It’s actually flat number 302. Finding the place isn’t too hard if you look for the Aryan Building first. We handle a lot of different seafood every day. It starts early in the morning when the fresh stuff comes in. We spend a lot of time sorting through what looks good and what doesn't. Sometimes it gets a bit messy and the floor stays wet, but that’s just how things go when you’re dealing with fish and water all the time. The neighbors probably know when we’re busy just by the smell of the ocean drifting down the hallway. It’s not a fancy office or anything like that, just a workspace where we get things done. We pack things up and try to make sure everything is sorted correctly before it leaves our door. There are a few of us working here in the back room, mostly just making sure the orders are right. Sometimes the delivery trucks take a bit of time to find us because of the way the street is laid out. We just keep our heads down and focus on the stock we have. It is a simple setup but it works for what we need to do on a daily basis.
