You can find us at U-12 in Konarkpooram, which is on Kondhwa Road. It’s a decent-sized complex and we’ve been here for a while now. We deal with healthcare products and equipment. It’s not a huge operation, just a steady one. The area around Kondhwa Road is always growing, and we see new people moving in all the time. Our space is mostly used for storing items and handling the day-to-day tasks of the business. It’s a pretty quiet spot compared to some of the busier markets in the city. We like it that way because it lets us focus on what we’re doing. People come to us when they need specific medical supplies. We don't do much in the way of advertising; usually, people find out about us from their doctors or friends. The shop is organized but it’s definitely a working space, not a showroom. We spend our mornings checking inventory and the afternoons talking to customers. It’s a straightforward life. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to provide what the local community needs. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty with the construction nearby, but we just keep the place tidy and keep working. It’s a local business run by local people. We’ve been part of the Konarkpooram community for a good stretch of time now. The local chai guy knows our order by heart.
