We are located at Samarth, Plot No. 15, in the Yashwant Nagar area of Sangli. We are right near the Vasantdada Kusti Kendra, which is a major landmark that everyone in town knows. Sangli is a nice place to work, much calmer than the big cities like Mumbai or Pune. We handle property and land consultancy from this office. It is a small team here, mostly local folks who have lived in Sangli for years. We don't have a big corporate office with glass walls. It is a simple building that suits the way we work. Most of our days are spent talking to people about land prices or checking out new developments in the area. We have seen Yashwant Nagar change quite a bit as more people move in and more shops open up. We don't use any fancy language or try to sound like we are from a big city. We just provide honest information about the local property market. A lot of our work involves traveling to nearby towns and villages to see the land for ourselves. It is a lot of driving on dusty roads, but that is just part of the job. When we are in the office, we are usually busy with paperwork or having tea with someone who has questions about a plot. We just keep things simple and try to do our work properly. It is a steady pace of life and we like it that way.
