We are based on the first floor of the Prasad Building, which is part of the Vitthal Rakhumai Housing Society. It's located in Apte Colony, over in Hingane Khurd along the Sinhgad Road here in Pune. Finding us can be a little tricky if you aren't familiar with the society layout, but look for building 41, flat 103. The area is quite residential, so it’s a bit calmer than the main road. Our office is just a regular apartment that we’ve turned into a workspace. It’s got a bit of a homey feel, for better or worse. We’ve got stacks of files in the corners and the usual office furniture scattered around. Most of our work involves the local properties and managing things for the neighborhood. Sinhgad Road has become so crowded lately, but our little spot in Apte Colony remains a decent place to work. We don't have a receptionist or a waiting room; if you come by, you’ll probably just walk right into where we are working. It’s a no-frills kind of place. We spend our days tracking data, talking to contractors, and making sure the paperwork is in order for the 411051 zip code area.
