Ajash Company

Ajash Company is run out of Flat No. V-3 in Mukti Apartment, which is over in the Shivame Kamthi Basti area along NDA Road. Working from an apartment is a bit different than a big office building. It’s a lot quieter, for one thing, though you can still hear the traffic from NDA Road if the balcony door is open. We’ve turned the main room into our workspace with a few tables pushed together and some filing cabinets along the walls. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze when we have a lot of paperwork to go through, but we make it work. Most of our day is spent on the phone or working through files on our laptops. We make our own tea in the little kitchen and take breaks when things get too quiet. We aren't a big corporation with fancy titles. We are just a small team trying to keep everything organized. Sometimes the neighbors in Mukti Apartment stop by to say hello or ask what we are up to. We’ve been here for a while, so we know the local shops and where to get the best snacks in the Basti. It’s a very grounded way to run a business. We don't put on any acts for anyone. If you come by, you’ll just see us working in our shirtsleeves, trying to get through the day’s list. It’s honest, simple, and it keeps us out of trouble. We just do the work and stay focused on the tasks.
