We’ve been tucked away here at E-1/7 Neptune Society on Road-2 in Kalyani Nagar for quite some time now. Most people know the lane, it’s just off Lane-B. This place is basically where we manage all the medical devices that go out to clinics and hospitals. It gets pretty busy inside, especially when a big shipment arrives and we’re trying to find space for everything. We started Ace Medical Devices because there was a need for someone local to handle these things properly without making it complicated. The office isn't fancy, just some desks and a lot of boxes stacked up against the walls. We spend a lot of our morning sorting through orders and making sure the inventory matches what we have on the shelves. It’s mostly just us working through the daily list, taking calls, and making sure the delivery guys know where they’re going. Sometimes the traffic on the road outside gets a bit much, but that’s just how it is around here. We’ve gotten to know the neighbors over the years, and it feels like a decent spot to be. There isn't any grand story behind it, just a few of us trying to keep the supplies moving so the doctors have what they need when they need it. We keep things straightforward. If someone calls asking for a specific part, we look for it, and if we have it, we send it over. That’s really the whole operation.
