We are based out of Flat No 23 in the D Building of Sukhwani Residency. It’s right across from the Vineyard Church in Dapodi, Pune. Working from a residential complex like this makes the business feel a lot more local and down-to-earth. We handle things for Kajaria Ceramics Ltd. from here, mostly dealing with the ceramics and tiles that people need for their homes. It’s a simple setup. We don't have a big staff or a huge warehouse at this specific spot, just our office where we manage the details. Pune is a growing place, and Dapodi has its own busy character. We like being right in the middle of it. Our days are filled with checking tile specs and making sure orders are correct. It’s not a glamorous job, but we take it seriously. You won't find any corporate brochures or high-pressure sales here. We just talk like normal people and try to be helpful. Sometimes the living room area is full of tile boxes and catalogs, but that's just part of life here at Sukhwani Residency. We’ve been here long enough that we know the best way to get things done in this area. It’s just us, working with ceramics, and trying to keep everything running smoothly without making a big deal out of it. We like the quiet of the residency and the fact that we can just focus on tiles without the noise of a main street shop.
