Jcb Manufacturing Ltd. is over here in Pune, specifically in the Keshavnagar area. If you know the Kakade Township, we are at R 9. It’s a busy little spot. I usually get in early before the heat starts picking up in Maharashtra. The shop floor is where most of us spend the day. It’s not a quiet place, but that’s just how manufacturing goes. We’ve got machines running and people moving parts around constantly. It’s a practical setup, nothing too fancy to look at from the outside. The township has grown quite a bit lately, so there’s always more traffic around the gate than there used to be. Sometimes the delivery trucks have a hard time backing in because the road is a bit narrow. We just make it work. Most of the guys here have been living in Pune for years, so we’re used to the pace of the city. We don't have a big front office with a receptionist or anything. You usually just walk in and find whoever is available near the main entrance. It gets pretty dusty with all the work going on, but we keep the tools where they belong. It’s just a regular workplace where we try to stay busy and get the orders finished without too much fuss. Every day is pretty much the same routine of checking the schedule and getting to it.
