We have been operating over here at Sector 10 in the Pcntda Industrial Area for quite some time now. Most people around Bhosari just know us as Jayashree Encoders. Our workshop is located at units 124-125, and it is usually a pretty busy place. There is always a lot of noise from the machines and trucks coming in and out of the industrial estate throughout the day. We spend most of our hours dealing with encoders and various mechanical parts that industries need. It is not exactly glamorous work, but it is necessary. Our team is small, mostly made up of people who have been with us for years and know exactly how the equipment works. Sometimes the old kettle in the breakroom gives us more trouble than the actual machinery does. We get orders from different places, but we mostly just focus on finishing the daily tasks on our list. The address is easy to find if you are familiar with the Bhosari area. We do not do much in the way of fancy meetings or corporate presentations. It is mostly just us in our work shirts making sure things get packed and shipped out when we said they would be. If you walk by during lunch, you will probably see a few of the guys sitting outside. We have seen the neighborhood change a lot, but we just keep our heads down and get the work done. It is a decent way to spend the day.
