I’m sitting here at Jayashree Electron Pvt. Ltd. looking out the window at J- Block. El 34 is where we spend most of our daylight hours. It’s a pretty standard building, nothing too fancy, but it does the job. Usually, the morning starts with the sound of the shutters going up and someone putting the kettle on. You can hear the traffic starting to pick up on the main road, but inside J- Block, it stays mostly quiet for a bit. We’ve got some desks pushed together and a few shelves that probably need dusting. Sometimes the fan in the corner makes this clicking noise that everyone just ignores now. It’s funny how you get used to things like that. Most days are just about getting through the tasks on the list. We have lunch around one, usually someone brings something that smells really good and we all end up talking about what we’re doing over the weekend. The light in the afternoon hits the front door in a way that makes you realize it’s almost time to head home. We don't really have big meetings or anything, just quick chats by the water cooler. It’s just us here at El 34, J- Block, trying to keep things moving. There’s a stray dog that hangs out near the entrance sometimes, and we usually leave a bit of food out. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people who show up and do their bit every single day.
