Jay Jagadamba Mutton Shop is over in Moshi, on Dehu Rasta at Sr No 39. We are a local butcher shop in the Viman Nagar area. It’s a straightforward kind of place. We don't have any fancy displays or cooling systems that look like they belong in a mall. It’s just a regular shop where we work every day. Our mornings start very early, often while most people are still sleeping, so we can get everything ready for the day's customers. We’ve been at this location for a good bit of time now, and we know most of the people who live nearby. They come to us because they know who we are and they know where to find us on Dehu Rasta. It’s a lot of physical labor, lifting and cutting all day, and it can be quite tiring. But it’s the work we know how to do. We don't spend money on marketing or anything like that. We just rely on being here when people need us. The shop is simple and practical. We keep it as clean as we can, though it’s a busy job. During the festival seasons, it gets really crowded around here, and we have to work even harder to keep up with the orders. But usually, it’s just a steady stream of neighbors. We’re just a part of the local scene here in Moshi, doing our best to get through the day.
