Growth-well It Solutions is located at B-62. It’s a simple office unit in a block that houses a bunch of other small businesses. We don’t have a big fancy lobby or a person at the front desk to greet you. It’s just a door with our name on a small plaque. Once you step inside, you’ll see a few rows of desks with computers and a lot of tangled cables on the floor. We try to keep things organized, but when we get busy, the paperwork tends to pile up on every flat surface. The lighting is a bit bright and fluorescent, which can be tiring after a few hours, so we try to take breaks and look out the window, even if the view is just another building. We’ve got a small fridge in the corner for our lunches and a water cooler that always seems to run out at the wrong time. The chairs are a mix of different styles we’ve picked up over the years. Some are better than others, so there’s always a bit of a race to get the comfortable ones in the morning. It’s a small team here, and we all know each other well. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a sleek office design. We just need a place where the internet works and we have enough space to think and get our coding or whatever else done for the day. There is no elevator in the building, so we get our exercise climbing the stairs every morning.
