We are based out of Flat T/6-1306 at F Residences in Pune. The address is linked to Survey Numbers 7/1 to 7/5 and 8/1. Being in the 411014 area, we’re part of a growing part of the city. We run Irizpro Learning Solutions from this space. It’s more of a home-office feel than a traditional corporate environment. We spend our hours here developing different learning solutions and trying to keep everything running smoothly. The views from the 13th floor are alright, but mostly we are looking at our computers. It’s an LLP, so it’s a small, focused group of us. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Pune, just one that gets the work finished. There is no receptionist or fancy lobby here. You just come up to the flat. We handle everything ourselves, from the administrative stuff to the actual content creation. Sometimes the elevators in F Residences take a while, but that’s just life in a big building. We chose this spot because it’s convenient and lets us focus on the work without the distractions of a busy commercial hub. It’s just a normal workplace where we drink a lot of coffee and try to stay on top of our deadlines. We’ve been here for a bit now and it feels like home. It’s a practical, no-nonsense setup for what we do. We usually start our day early before the city gets too loud. It works for us and the way we like to operate.
