We are located in Pune, specifically in the Ghorpadi area. Our office is in the Sumeru Garden Society, B Wing, which sits right across from Uday Baug. It is a relatively quiet part of town compared to the main city center, which is nice when you are trying to focus on management and planning work. The society has some nice trees around, so it doesn't feel too much like a concrete box. We deal with a lot of administrative stuff and student coordination from this flat. It is basically Flat No 19, so it feels more like a home office than a big school building. People come and go for meetings or to drop off paperwork throughout the week. Pune is a great city for education, and being in Ghorpadi puts us in a good spot to reach different parts of the city without too much trouble. We spend our days organizing schedules, looking at curriculum details, and making sure the daily operations run without any major hiccups. There is always someone in the kitchen making coffee or tea, and the atmosphere is pretty relaxed. We don't have a giant campus with marble floors; it's just a functional space where the actual planning happens. It is practical, and it works for what we need to accomplish every day for the institute. We just try to keep things moving and make sure all the paperwork is in order for the students and staff.
