The International Institute Of Information Technology is tucked away on Aundh Road. If you know the area, we are right there in Asiad Soc, which is a pretty quiet spot for Pune 20. Our building at 46 Aundh Rd isn't hard to find once you get past the main gate. It's mostly just people coming in to deal with computers and data systems all day. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and talking about software. The halls are usually busy during the day but it gets real quiet in the evenings. Being in Pune, we get a lot of students and professionals stopping by. It’s not one of those big glassy towers you see in the IT parks, just a solid place where the work happens. Sometimes the traffic on Aundh Road gets a bit much, especially during the monsoon, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We have basic desks and chairs, nothing fancy, because the focus is on the information technology stuff anyway. People here just get on with their tasks. It feels like a part of the local neighborhood because we’ve been here so long. You’ll see us around the local tea stalls or walking to the gate for lunch. It’s a plain environment and we like it that way. We don't have a big reception area with flowers, just the front desk and the labs. It's just a regular place where people come to learn and work.
