International College Of Cnc Technology

The International College Of Cnc Technology is located at 41 Akurdi in the New Apollo Estate. It is more of a workshop than a traditional college. If you walk in, you won't see many books, but you will see a lot of CNC machines and metal shavings on the floor. We spend our time showing people how to program the machines and how to cut metal parts accurately. The sound of the lathes and the smell of the cutting oil are things you get used to pretty quickly. The Apollo Estate is a busy industrial area, so there are always people working on something nearby. We have a small classroom area with some old chairs where we explain the basics before heading to the machines. The machines are heavy and take up most of the space. We often have oil stains on our clothes by the end of the day. It is a practical place where people come to learn a skill that will help them get a job in a factory. We don't have any fancy gardens or a big cafeteria, just a water cooler and a place to keep our lunch boxes. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the generator to kick in. It’s just a simple training center where we focus on the machines and the tools, making sure everyone knows how to handle the equipment safely.
