Innovera School

Innovera School is situated out in Loni, along the Pune-Solapur Road. It’s a bit of a drive from the main city, but that means we have a bit more space than some of the schools tucked away in the crowded streets. The road outside stays busy with trucks and cars heading toward Solapur, but inside the gates, it’s mostly just the sound of kids. We’ve got the usual setup with classrooms, a dusty play area, and an office where we keep all the records. The staff here are mostly local people or folks who commute from nearby parts of Pune. We aren't trying to be the most expensive or the flashiest school around. We just provide a place for kids in this area to get their education without having to travel too far into the city. Some days are harder than others, especially when the power goes out or the dust from the road gets everywhere, but we keep things moving. We have a daily routine that everyone follows, from the morning assembly to the final bell. The parents here are mostly working-class people who want their children to have a decent shot at things. We talk to them often at the gate or during meetings. It’s a simple school in a busy location, and we just focus on the day-to-day tasks of teaching and keeping the place running as best as we can.
