Shop No - 2 is where we spend most of our waking hours. It’s located in the Baji Rao Dhawade Industrial Estate in Shivne. The area is always full of the sounds of industry, with workshops all around us. Finding Survey No. 82/1 can be tricky for newcomers, but once you’re on NDA Road, you’re close. Inditron Enterprises is a straightforward shop. We don't have any air conditioning or plush carpets. It’s a concrete floor and some metal shelving that’s seen better days. We do a lot of our work right there on the shop floor. Pune’s weather is usually okay, but it gets pretty stuffy in the estate during the peak of summer. We have a small corner where we keep a kettle for making tea, which is how we start every morning. The industrial estate has a lot of character, and we’ve made good friends with the guys in the neighboring units. We share tools and advice when things get complicated. We don't have a big website or a sales team. People usually find us through word of mouth or by just walking past the shop. It’s a modest way to run a business, but it works for us. We just keep our heads down and focus on the day-to-day tasks that need to get done. It’s a busy, dusty, and honest place to work. We are just here doing our job.
