We are located in the Tapasya building, right off the New Pune Mumbai Highway. If you are driving past the Wakad Police Chowky, you cannot really miss the turn-off into Tathawade. It is a busy spot, especially with all the commuters moving between the cities, but we have made our home here in Chinchwad. Our space is mostly about giving people a place to learn the ropes of media and talking to the public. There is usually a bit of a buzz in the hallways because students are always working on some project or another. Sometimes it is a bit noisy with the highway so close, but we have gotten used to the sound of the traffic. The building itself, 85/5-B, has several floors where we keep our equipment and desks. We try to keep things organized, though with so many creative folks around, it can get a bit cluttered with papers and gear. It is a practical setup. We do not have anything too fancy, just the rooms and tools needed to get things done. Most of us here have been around for a few years, so we know the local shops and where to grab a quick tea when the afternoon slump hits. The area has changed a lot since we started, with new buildings popping up all around us. It keeps things interesting. We just show up every morning and keep the place running for whoever walks through the door.
