Inamdar Hospital

Fatima Nagar is a busy area. We're right behind KPCT Mall at Survey No. 15. The hospital has been here a while. We see a lot of people every day coming in from the nearby shops and housing complexes. It's usually quite hectic in the mornings. Our staff keeps busy with the paperwork and the regular flow of patients. We try to keep things organized but sometimes it gets crowded. The mall being so close means there is always noise and traffic around. Most people know where we are because of the landmark. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything, just a functional space where we do our work. It's a lot of walking up and down the halls. The cleaners are always busy because people are constantly coming in from the dusty streets. We've got different departments spread out across the floors. The nurses are usually the ones you see first. It’s a practical place. Nothing too flashy, just the usual hospital setup. We keep the machines running and the lights on. Sometimes the lift takes a bit long when it's peak hours. People from all over the neighborhood stop by. It feels like a part of the local community. We spend most of our day here, so it feels like a second home to many of the staff. It’s just how things go in this part of Pune. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years. It’s hard work, but we just keep going.
