Iira Infra Realty Llp

We are based out of the World Trade Centre in Kharadi. Our office is number 2O7 on the second floor of Tower No 01. It’s a pretty big building, so it took us a while to get settled in. Kharadi is always buzzing with IT people and new constructions everywhere you look. Working at Iira Infra Realty Llp involves a lot of back-and-forth between different sites and this office. The view from the second floor isn't anything special, but it's a good place to sit down and go through the daily lists. We deal with infra and realty, so there’s always something moving. Sometimes the lift in the tower is slow, but that’s just how it is in these large complexes. We don’t have a big team, just a few of us making sure the paperwork for the LLP stays updated. We’ve been in Pune for a while and have seen how Kharadi has grown from almost nothing into this massive hub. It’s busy, and sometimes it gets loud with all the traffic outside, but we like the energy. We usually have files piled up on the desks and blueprints lying around. It’s a working office, not a showroom. We just try to stay on top of the projects we have in hand. It’s a lot of coordination and phone calls throughout the day. We keep our coffee machine running non-stop.
