The office for Icl Certifications Ltd is situated between Aundh and Agripada. It’s an interesting spot because you get a mix of different people moving through. I’ve been coming here for a while now, and the walk from the main street is something I’ve got down to a science. Aundh is a nice area, usually pretty clean compared to some other parts of town. Our space isn't very large, but we’ve managed to organize it so everyone has a little bit of room to breathe. There’s a shelf in the back where we keep all the old logs and records that haven't been moved to the digital system yet. It smells a bit like old paper back there. We have a small kettle for making tea, which is probably the most used thing in the whole place besides the printers. The printers seem to have a mind of their own sometimes, making clicking noises when they should be quiet. Agripada has its own rhythm, and we just sort of fit into it. Most of the people working here live nearby, so we talk about local stuff like the new shops opening up or how the rain is affecting the roads. It’s not a fancy corporate setup with glass walls. It’s just a regular workplace with some scuffed floors and a lot of work to get done. We stay busy with the files and the phone calls.
