So, Icfai is located in the Morris Housing Society over in Chinchwad, Pune. Specifically, we are in Flat No B 15, G Block, which is part of the RH 23 1 section in the MIDC area. It is a bit of a mouthful to explain to delivery guys sometimes because the blocks can be confusing if you aren't from here. The office is basically a flat that we have converted into a working space. It has that residential feel because it is in a housing society. Pune weather can get pretty hot, so we usually keep the fans going all day long. Being in the MIDC zone means there is a lot of industrial activity nearby, but our little corner stays relatively calm. I have been here long enough that the security guards at the gate know me by name. The room we work in is okay, nothing special, just some computers and shelves full of folders. We don't really do big meetings here; it is more about the quiet, daily grind. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing outside in the common area, which adds some background noise to the afternoon. It is a bit cramped when we have a lot of stuff delivered, but we manage. It is just a normal workplace in a busy city. We keep to ourselves and do the work that is on the table.
