Icchamani Cashew Mart Private Limited

Running Icchamani Cashew Mart takes up most of our time. We operate out of Samraat Gokuldham, up in Flat B 1205. It might seem a bit unusual to have an office in an apartment building, but it works for us and the way we handle our cashew business. We spend a lot of hours on the phone talking to suppliers and checking on the quality of the nuts coming in. Cashews can be tricky because the quality varies so much from batch to batch. We have to stay on top of it or things get messy. The 422003 area of Nashik is where we’ve set up our base. It’s mostly just us keeping track of inventory and making sure orders get to where they need to go. We don't have a big shop where people browse; it's more about the wholesale and trade side of things. Some days the paperwork piles up on the desk and it feels like we'll never get through it. We aren't some big corporate entity with hundreds of employees. It's just a few of us making sure the cashews are sorted and sold properly. It can be stressful when prices fluctuate, but that's just the nature of this trade. We just keep at it, day after day, trying to stay organized in our small workspace.
