Working out of Pashan has its perks, mostly because it’s a bit quieter than the main city center. Our office for Hyundai Construction Equipment Pvt. Ltd. is tucked away in Hillside Apartment on Sus Road. It’s a regular residential building, which might seem strange for a construction equipment company, but it works for us. We handle a lot of the administrative side of things from this flat. Most days, it's just the sound of laptops and the occasional tea break. We don't have a big flashy showroom here. If you're looking for the big excavators, they're usually out on the job sites or at the main yards. Here, we're mostly focused on the logistics and making sure the paperwork for the machines is in order. It gets pretty busy during the monsoon because the rain in Pune can really slow down the construction work, and everyone is calling to check on maintenance schedules. We've got a small team, and we all know each other well. Sometimes the neighbors in the apartment ask us what we actually do with all those heavy machine brochures. We just tell them we help keep the big projects moving. It’s a straightforward job, really. We answer the phones, reply to emails, and try to keep everything organized so the field guys can do their work without any delays. It’s not corporate, just how we do things every day of the week.
