We are over at 15, Kartik Raj Park in the Keshavnagar area of Chinchwad, Pune. This is where Hyundai Construction Eqpmt Pvt Ltd has its local presence. Being in Chinchwad means we are in a very industrial part of the region, which fits the kind of heavy equipment we deal with every day. The area is always buzzing with activity and trucks moving about on the narrow roads. Our office is a plain, functional building where we keep track of all the machinery, parts, and maintenance schedules. It’s not the kind of place you’d go for a fancy meeting, but it works for us. We spend a lot of time talking to contractors and checking on equipment that’s out on various jobs. The dust from the nearby construction and the main roads is just part of the job that we’ve gotten used to. We have a solid crew here who doesn't mind getting their hands dirty when they have to. We don't bother with marketing slogans or anything like that. We just tell people where we are and what we have available. It’s a very grounded way of operating. We’ve seen Keshavnagar grow quite a bit over the years since we first started. Our daily routine is mostly about managing logistics and making sure the equipment is where it needs to be for the clients. It’s a lot of coordination and some long hours, but it’s what we do. We’re just a local team doing the hard work in Pune.
