We are located on the first floor of City Mall in the Ganeshkhind area, taking up units 102 and 103. Being so close to Pune University means the neighborhood is always full of life and activity. The Hair Science Robotic Hair Transplant Clinic is where we handle the more technical side of hair restoration. It’s a bit different from a regular salon because we have specialized equipment in those back rooms. The space is organized and kept as clean as we can make it, which is important for the kind of work we do. Even though we’re in a mall, it feels professional once you step inside our doors. We’ve got a small waiting area with some chairs and a table where we keep a few brochures about the transplant process. The staff here is used to the pace of Ganeshkhind, and we’ve been at this location long enough to see the mall change quite a bit over the years. It’s a good spot because people can find us easily, and there’s usually plenty of parking available. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. People come in, we look at their hair, and we talk about how the robotic transplant works. It’s a job that requires a lot of focus and steady hands. Some days are quieter than others, but we usually have a steady stream of appointments. We just aim to be a practical, local option for folks in Pune.
