Prabhat Road is one of those spots in Pune that has a very specific feel to it. Our office for H & R Johnson ( India ) Ltd is located at 9 Hill View Apartments, specifically in the 107-B section of Erandwane. It’s a nice enough area, quite green compared to the more industrial parts of the city. We’ve been operating from this apartment for some time now. It doesn’t feel like a cold corporate headquarters; it feels more like a workspace where people actually get things done without too much fuss. Being on 15th Prabhat Road means we are tucked away a bit from the main chaos, which is good when you’re trying to focus on inventory or logistics. The building itself, Hill View, is an older structure but it’s sturdy and serves us well. We don’t have any flashy signs or giant lobbies. It’s just an office with files, phones, and people working. Usually, the afternoons are quiet, and you can hear the birds or the occasional scooter passing by. We like it this way because it’s grounded. We handle a lot of the Maharashtra region's coordination from here. It’s a lot of phone calls and spreadsheets. Nothing glamorous, just the honest work of keeping the supply chain moving. Sometimes we grab a quick snack from the local vendors nearby during the lunch hour. It's a simple life here in Erandwane, and we just focus on getting the orders processed and answering the phone when dealers call us for updates.
