Gurukul

If you find yourself behind E-Square, near the Vijay Housing Society, you’ll see where Gurukul is. We are tucked away at S.No 136, just off the main Pune University Road. It’s a funny spot because the main road is always jammed with cars and students from the uni, but once you turn off towards our gate, it gets a bit quieter. My morning usually starts with checking the gate and seeing who’s arrived. The housing society nearby means we have to keep things relatively calm so we don't bother the residents too much. It’s not like those huge schools you see on TV. We’ve got our own way of doing things here. The building has been around for a bit and it shows its age in some corners, but we like it that way. It feels more like a home than a sterile office. Sometimes we lose a ball over the fence into the housing colony and have to go ask for it back. It’s just daily life here. We don’t spend much time on fancy websites or trying to look perfect. We’re mostly busy with the day-to-day stuff like fixing a leaky tap or making sure the classrooms are ready. Being so close to the University means there’s always an interesting mix of people walking by. It’s a good place to be, right in the middle of everything but still a bit hidden from the main chaos.
