Gurukrupa Travel Agency

Our travel agency is tucked away in the Samriddhi A-11 building, specifically in Flat No. 13 of the Ramnagar Housing Society. We are located in Ghavane Vasti, which is part of the Bhosari area. It is a bit different from those big travel offices you see in the city center because we are right here in a residential society. This means a lot of our neighbors just walk over when they are thinking about taking a trip or need to book a bus or train ticket. The office is small and simple, with just a couple of desks, a computer that sometimes runs a bit slow, and a lot of paper schedules pinned up. We spend most of our day on the phone or answering questions from people who want to go visit their families in other states. It can get a bit loud when the neighborhood kids are playing outside in the society grounds, but we do not mind much. We like being part of the local community here in Bhosari. We do not have any big corporate goals; we just want to make sure people get their tickets on time without too much of a headache. Sometimes we sit and have tea with our customers while we look up the best routes for them. It is a relaxed way to work, and it feels good when someone comes back from a holiday and tells us they had a nice time.
