Govt Polytechnic College Khamgaon

Khamgaon is a place where everyone seems to know everyone, and the Govt Polytechnic College here is no different. We are located over in Jalalpura, and the office is actually listed care of Smt. Mala V. Chawande. It’s a bit of an unusual setup compared to big city colleges, but it works for us. Buldana district gets very hot, especially during the summer months, and you can feel it in the building. I’ve been here long enough that I don't really notice the dust or the old furniture anymore. We are just a small group of people trying to keep things running. There’s no corporate polish here, just stacks of files and students waiting to ask about their exams. The neighborhood of Jalalpura is pretty quiet, which is nice for a change. Sometimes we have to make do with what we have when things break down or the budget is tight. We aren't here to win awards for our decor; we are here to help the local kids get some technical training. It’s a very grounded way to spend a workday. You see the struggle and the hard work of the families in this area, and it makes you want to just do your job properly without any fuss. It’s a practical, local life and we are okay with that.
